If, however, the product was purchased from an authorized reseller, you must contact the reseller directly.
All refunds processed will be made using the same payment method used to place the order.
The refund or replacement of any item lost or damaged during shipment will be assessed individually. Contact us to resolve the problem.
Please also take note of the following:
- The products must be unaltered, in the box and have the original packaging;
- You must show proof of purchase;
- Refunds are subject to the seller's terms and conditions;
- Refund amount does not include shipping costs from the seller to the customer and from the customer to the seller;
